I have an angelfish with large zebra danios. No problems with them. With regard to the otocinclus, make sure that they get some fresh vegetables a few times a week in addition to any algae/spirulina tablets you may use. I add a slice of cucumber speared with a fork so the cucumber is at the bottom. They also need super clean water.
