Freshwater Fish Food
Aquarium fish food is as diverse as the fish that you put in your tank. Freeze dried, flake food, pellets, tablets, floating foods, sinking foods, live foods – there are a lot of choices. Fish live in a variety of regions in an aquarium. Some fish are comfortable at the top of your tank, some at the midlevel, and some prefer the bottom of your tank, so it is important that your fish food is appropriate for your type of fish. If you have fish that eat quickly, like many of the tetras, there won't be food left for those bottom dwelling fish, like plecos and corydoras, so sinking foods are important. If your fish have fry, then an entirely different type of food is required for their health and well-being, so read all about fish foods to ensure your fish eat a varied and healthy diet.
