I have been there in March 2012. At that time a couple of buildings were still not finished. No construction workers were there. Locals told me that the entire project came to a full stop since investors stopped their engagement. I have been there for 4 hours and did not see ONE customer. 90% of tanks were empty. Mission umcompleted !!!
