Cardinalfish

Though somewhat shy, cardinalfish are popular with aquarists because of their peaceful nature and attractive colors and patterns. Cardinalfish are hardy and can be easily kept in reef tanks. The average size of most species is 2 inches. Generally, aquarists keep them in male/female pairs, because males often fight.
