Dwarf Lionfish in Focus

A lionfish that grows to 15 inches is a large lionfish. No one would call it a dwarf. And no one would refer to 6-inch-long lionfish as large. By the 15-inch standard it could be regarded as a dwarf. But what if the species in question grows to 8 inches? Is it a large lionfish, or is it a dwarf?
