From north to south, Brazil is one country where the hobby is thriving.

Few of us see the state of the hobby in other countries. Aquarium shops are not always easily found (especially when you do not speak the local language). Our hobby is popular around the world, and shops run by expert aquarists can be found in the most unusual places.
The entire aquarium hobby is growing rapidly in Brazil, and many of its large cities now have aquarium societies and specialized shops. Keeping in mind that Brazil is a large country, it is easy to understand that an aquarium with native tropical fish from the north of the country would be fascinating for people in the south.
