20th Anniversary Celebration Contest Rules

RULES
In order to enter you must be at least 16 years of age and a United States resident, living in the U.S. Only one submission per person will be accepted. All employees of Aquarium Fish International, BowTie, Inc. and Drs. Foster and Smith are ineligible for this contest. Entries become the property of BowTie Magazines, a division of BowTie Inc., which reserves the right, without further consideration, to use all photos (if provided) and text in any publication, media and related promotions. The company cannot confirm receipt of entries. By entering this contest, winners agree that their contact information may be given to contest sponsor(s), which may use the information for marketing purposes. You further agree that your photo (if provided), text, name, and city and state may be posted on BowTie-owned websites, and in the case of the winner(s), on sponsor websites, as well.

WHY CAN'T CANADIANS ENTER THE CONTEST?
We have experienced frequent difficulties in shipping contest prizes to Canadian residents, usually due to Customs issues and unexpected shipping fees being charged to prize recipients. This frustrated Canadian contest winners who were anxious to receive their prizes as well as contest sponsors who were anxious to see the prizes delivered, and it happened often enough that the decision was made to limit contest entries to U.S. residents only until further notice.

How do you sign up fo the contest? I found out about the contest in the July "Aquarium" magizine that I just purchased. The web site "http://www.fishchannel. com/fish-contests/20th-an- niversary-details.aspx" is no longer linking to the registration page when the "Enter" buttom is selected.
