arent you always busy my dear overworking friend?? glad Mo is going to get some grass. probably will dig in it so she has a nice dirt patch though, hehe. we have tons of plants out along with all the weeds. but i guess it is going to have to stay that way. i am too lazy to get out there. for some reason i have been even more lazy than normal. so tired!! it is going to be nice tonight and the next day or so. glad for that for a change. then heats up again, yuck. oh no, should have known Loki would figure the laser pointer out. bet your hands are happy about that. nothing much going on here. have to take Rufus to the vet for his monthly. this will be the first time we try to sedate him before we go. but with his heart issues it is the only way. wish us luck. i will be nervous of course. well hope you are having a great night and have a super weekend. love and magical yorkie kisses, Kay and Rufus Come visit me, Selik's Weg/Blessed Way & Rescuer's Way.

hope you do get some gaming in soon. i know you are having some serious withdrawals. how did the free vet appt for Loki go? did the nails get done? hope you didnt do too much with the bath for Mo, the walk at the river, the home depot stuff, repotting things, wow i am more tired than i was already. my big shopping days wore me out so i am toast for the next day or so. knees are killing me, back out, yuck and double yuck. and it is so nasty hot i hate it. why oh why do we have to have summer heat!! it aint fun. my friend in NY was telling me about her weather this morning. 70 and breezy, wtf, why cant i have it here. nothing much else going on here. plan on being even more lazy than normal tomorrow. hope you dont have too much fun with your dad tomorrow, hehe. take it easy my friend. love and magical yorkie kisses, Kay and Rufus Come visit me, Selik's Weg/Blessed Way & Rescuer's Way.

glad you and Mo are getting better. did you have fun with the hoards of hungries today? we had the whole family here at one point or another. nothing major though. mom made schnitzel and i made mac n cheese. pretty yummy. pulled a few weeds today(about 6, hehe) and that is all i will probably get done this summer. it is going to be in the 80s by mid week. yuck. tonight is going to be a record low and chance of frost. not going to worry about the plants though. i think they should be fine. nothing going on here tomorrow. big shopping on Wed and maybe Thurs. to the vet next week for my boy's monthly visit. i do have meds for him to take before we go to the vet now though. didnt worry about how anxious he got before, but with his heart issue dont want to take any chances. hope you get the talons snipped when you take Loki. that should help some. hope you get to rest tomorrow. take care and thanks for the photos. love and magical yorkie kisses, Kay and Rufus Come visit me, Selik's Weg/Blessed Way & Rescuer's Way.

sounds like Mo is doing much better. blog snooped so saw that Loki spent some fun time outside. i need photos too. and saw that you have a super busy day tomorrow. yuck. you should be resting and relaxing. i am sorry but i think your brain needs to rest as you sit and do nothing. i have never had a problem with being lazy and never get bored. you just have to have the right frame of mind. mine is perfect for it, hehe. much cooler tonight and tomorrow. i love it. nothing really planned for tomorrow. bought mom some seeds so we will get those planted tomorrow. and do whatever else she wants. its her day. i agree, why does it have to be so warm. i prefer it not over 70 myself. i wish it would stay cooler than that. thankfully it is going to at least be cool on Sunday. our weeds are pretty tall and not that pretty, but oh well i aint getting out in the heat. yep it is really nice to have wonderful friends. i have my family here and then some amazing friends spread out over the country(you and Dot included). how did Mo like going to the park today? we didnt go anywhere and i am glad. it was too hot. may have to get out tomorrow unless i can find a way to get out of it. hope you and yours had a great night. take care. love and magical yorkie kisses, Kay and Rufus Come visit me, Selik's Weg/Blessed Way & Rescuer's Way.

i bet the pets are enjoying you resting. did you get Mo out for that walk? we went to the library park for the first time since we have been back. i didnt let Rufus walk the whole park like normal. but he was really happy to be there. we have so many weeds i like to consider them part of the garden plans. hey all the plants we put in them started out as wild plants at one time. wild plants equals weeds right! i am going for the natural look. Rufus is doing much better. he ate some fish today and it kind of upset his tummy. so had to have a full dose of tummy meds. he is so good at taking his medicine. since he is not food motivated i cant stick them in anything. he doesnt eat stuff like that and when he does he has to have them in tiny pieces. but after the last time he had to take liquid pepto and have his beard turned pink, he decided he would swallow pills. thank goodness. well hope you guys have a great night. take it easy. love and magical yorkie kisses, Kay and Rufus Come visit me, Selik's Weg/Blessed Way & Rescuer's Way.

pulled some more weeds today. love that soft soil after the rain. now of course my back is killing me again. i swear i am falling apart every day. Rufus is doing much better. i had a cat(more like a dog actually) that was on insulin for the last 10 years of his life. he would only drink his water if it had ice in it. he loved ice cold water. glad Mo was raring to go today. sounds like she is at least feeling well. did you get some rest today? may have to head out for a bit tomorrow, but nothing major. next week is our big shopping week so that will be busy. not much going on tonight. take it easy my friend. love and magical yorkie kisses, Kay and Rufus Come visit me, Selik's Weg/Blessed Way & Rescuer's Way.

That actually sounds nice to me. The high desert I mean. We are a few feet above sea level in a tropical environment. My allergies have gone extreme haywire. This is the first I felt like being on the computer. They said Desert is where I should consider. I was born and raised in fla. There is no way I could leave it. i thought i got an email from you with some Mo news. it was hard for me to read my emails up there and reply to them. just not the way my outlook is here at home. so glad Mo is doing so much better and lost some weight too. also good that you can get her meds cheaper. Rufus is much better each day thank goodness. he takes 3 pills in the morning and gets his ear meds. then at night he takes either 4 or 5 pills. thank goodness he is so easy to give pills to now. he will not take them in anything like most dogs. he isnt that into food. wish i could say the same for me. sorry you are still in pain and still have so much on your plate. i sure hope you get some rest soon. did get the tanks done today and mom's haircut and color and a few other things too. too much for me in one day. yep that would be less than an hour of your regular day. i hope you start feeling better soon. take it easy my friend. love and magical yorkie kisses always, Kay and Rufus Come visit me, Selik's Weg/Blessed Way & Rescuer's Way.

Sorry, I have been pretty busy lately! Two birthdays,(one of them was mine :))) and my fish are well. Bubble had popeye, it's getting better. But, he's a little slow. Last April 27 was Zoomer's b-day! He is 2 years old. Bit slower, but healthy. Right now, my oldest little brother is giving me a *haircut*. Not with real scissors, but I'm suppossed to be still. LOL!

have to c/p ya tonight to get caught up
we are finally back. we actually got home on Tues night, but have been pretty busy since then. had to take Rufus to our vet on Thurs because of some things that happened up in NY. here is that tale - Well we are back and getting caught up. But the last few days of our trip were pretty rough. took Rufus to the vet for a recheck today. while we were up there we had to go to Paulette’s vet. Rufus was coughing. They treated him for an infection, but found a heart murmur and said when we get home we would need to get it checked. Then on Saturday he could walk on his back right leg. So we took him to the er on Sunday. We were there for about 6 hours or more. They did x-rays. They were going to xray his leg and chest but ended up just doing his chest. They said his knee cap was out of socket from the luxating patella he has in both back legs. It wouldn’t go back in so there wasn’t much they could do. they had to stop doing the xrays because he was turning blue, omg! But they found out he has heart failure. They call it that even though they can have it for a long time and still be ok with meds. He is on 3 new meds. Then when we went to the vet today they found out he has ear infections in both ears. My poor boy. Yeah, Mom is growing stuff in the house for now. It's cloudy out, it'd better NOT snow! Rain would be nice, it'll melt those fast-disappearing snowpiles! LOL!
A remarkable thing happened yesterday. Well two. Zoomer's tail has grown back a lot and his tail now has color! And I was feeding Bubble, but he only ate one piece. I was like, Don't you want more? He shook his head! Then Mom exclaimed, I already fed him!!! Me-"Mom, Bubble just told me he didn't want anymore!"
