Sorry about Carmen dying I know that people say fish don't have much of a personality and that we can't really bond with them but it's not true. We do feel bad when our little fish friends die especially if we've had them for awhile. We miss seeing them in the tank so again, sorry. Now Cleo will be lonely. I really don't know much about Betta's. I change his water weekly. Feed him daily and he seems to do fine. I was talking to someone from the club that took a wonderful picture of his Betta. He told me to use a solid color background. If you show them a mirror right before you take the picture that riles them up and they look huge. I feed mine the betta pellets and I give him a couple blood worms. He loves them. My male makes a bubble nest. I though something was wrong with the water at first. Then I read that they are happy when they make the nest. Are you thinking of breeding Betta's? That would be so cool.Come visit me, Rhonda.

Well your Betta looks healthy and happy. I have a Betta too. I just love him. I have a couple pictures of him on the bottom of my page. I just can't get a good picture of him. I have a digital camera and I bet I have taken 100 pictures of him with no luck. My local fish store has a real pretty bright yellow crown Betta that I almost got.
