hello
I am sure you probably meant that as a joke but if not, yes it was real but it's not a crab. It's called a blue lobster in the aquarium trade, but the species is actually a type of crayfish. Sometimes they are even refered to as electric blue crayfish. They are native to Florida and live in freshwater. Thanks for checking out the page. Bruce is quite happy by himself. Betta fish tend to be loners...and since he isn't a very aggressive betta, we decided to try him with some other fish. He decided he didn't like them (the cory cats) however, and started chasing and attacking them. Come visit me, Bruce the Betta & Wonderful Corys.

Thanks :) I like my fish to be happy. Unfortunately, the betta decided he didn't like tankmates anymore...so I have had to move him to a smaller tank for now- until I can get a better setup for him in a larger tank. (visit him at his page) Come visit me, Bruce the Betta & Wonderful Corys.

thanks, but I still think your tank is much nicer! I don't have the right lighting for hard corals. Maybe some day (if I win the lotto! lol) I have had this tank set up for about 6 yrs. now. I've done fresh off and on for many years, but I thought I would try salt, much nicer looking in my opinion. Although a lot more challenging! How long have you had your setup?
