part 2, the whole blog wouldn't fit... :D
the dark spot on their dorsal fin more speckled a little mad at PETCO. I googled the jullii, and I have the REAL ONES, PETCO HAS THE WRONG SPECIES IN THAT TANK LABLED "JULII". I'm like, nuts. >.<
ive been spending too much time on Narniaweb, not enough here on FC. ^.^Come visit me, Sneeze's Tank, Narnia (seriously, the fish are starting to talk), Rainbow and Moondust & The Fry tank.

th danio died with a grossly twisted spine
here's a quick overview on what's happened:
I lost another danio to The Plague, and i also noticed Whirl (the single female platy) doing this sort of false pregnancy routine, acting lik eshe was giving birth, but nothing was coming, and a cory cat came around that spot later, so maybe she dropped some unfertilized eggs.
So i was at Petco getting water testing, and I was looking at a great swordtail tank. No dead fish or sick ones with clamping in the corners, which is surprising. (I usually see a couple clamping because of aggression) And there are big green tiger barbs and red swordtails. And there is this great brilliant red-orange swordtail, while the rest are in pretty shades of yellow and orange, but he was really bright. And he wasn't real pushy, like some males can be. And when he got bullied by the big yellow male swordtail, he went away and didn't clamp his fins or get upset.
He was great. And so I got kind of interested in him and asked the tank to be fed. And the females, of course, got to the food first, and he didn't kill everyone for food, but got to the middle of the pack and ate well. And so I..bought him. (What else could I do upon a brilliant male swordtail when they are SO RARE AT THIS PETCO). We named him Tick Tock Tick Tock. or Mr. T.
So , last, last evenign i came down to see him laying on his belly in the corner by the swordplants with his tail still a stub and if he was a mammal he would be panting for breath so with him not able to swim i figured i had better move him to a breeder trap just in case and diod a quick WC last morning i came down and he was dead on his side i still have the 30 day warrantee on him from PETCO but he was brilliant and lovely and marvelous an d hyper and perky and adjusted faster than any other fish I've seen and the only fish in that tank that was by all means really red. Those danios have been causing 110% of all the trouble and havoc I've been causing, so maybe I should ask my neighbor down the street who breeds discus, checkerboards cichlids, and angels is he want 4 feeder fish, healthy danios. ^.^ I am soo mad at them right now, but still, they're fish, so i'm like aw heck i'll still feed them lol.
Oh, and so yesterday I went to PETCO and got a okay orangish-yellowish male swordtail. He isn't by any means a lovely bright male with immaculate fins, in fact, his sword if rather funny-looking. But he was the only male in the tank that day, and the other tanks had no males. Figures, it was Tuesday, and PETCO gets deliveries on Thursday. So I got him and we named him Knick Knack.
The fishy population has stabilized, but not sure if I told you a couple of Sunday s ago Spice passed away was hiding all morning and then finally died by the bubbler, so I think in a bit i should get Sugar some cory friends, but I cant seem to find the corydoras julii's anywhere not even the petco i usually get them there's the tank witht the tag ['corydoras julii" but the ifsh in the tank don't haveCome visit me, Sneeze's Tank, Narnia (seriously, the fish are starting to talk), Rainbow and Moondust & The Fry tank.

Heres a vote my friend.Not very nice out today.So much for the baseball game tonight.Thats okay since we need to relaxe and regroup from all the losses.We got beat real bad again on Sat.It was 18 to 2.I pitched in the last inning and did a great job with the batters I faced.Maybe I'll get another chance the next game we play.I think the coach was shocked at how good I've gotten since the begining.I'ved been working with dad on it for along time.Looks like the hard work might payoff.Not to much happening in my setup.Still haven't found anymore fry.I think the others are eating them before I look for any.Take care my friend.See ya.shannon, Temple, PA.

i am over angels, but....
Okay, so I've got 6 adult danios right? And five are great, and one was hanging off int he corner. So i thought, there was a spawning and he's in bliss finishing off the eggs. Then I got curious, and caught him in a cup and put him in a breeder trap, after eralizng he wasn't accepting flake or shrimp.
His stomach was so pinched he looked like a flattened rainbow. Then last night, his spine got grossly bent somehow, and his head and tail are resting on the bottom of the breeder, and his rider side is arching in the water. It breaks my heart, but my Dad is right, I should consider euthanasia. I got these danios in January. I noticed him hanging off to the side a couple of weeks ago. I feel so bad, I should've right away noticed him. But the angels were keeping my mind occupied, and I didn't realize Hard Tack needed help.
I guess I'll keep you posted. I don't think he'll survive today, euthanasia or not.Come visit me, Sneeze's Tank, Narnia (seriously, the fish are starting to talk), Rainbow and Moondust & The Fry tank.

Am very sad. 2 angels died, and i'm not sure why. that's why worried, b/c it might be terrible epidemic alll over agian like th eich outbreak when i was 6. Heres a vote for you my friend.Glad they fixed what ever was going on with our internet connection.I couldn't get on at all yesterday.My wife got on in the morning but by afternoon she got disconnected and couldn't get back on.No plans on another betta at this time.But you never know.If we see one that catches our eye it'll probably come home with us.Hehehe.Not to bad today.Looks like rain but atleast it's in the low 50's so no snow.Spike passed away thats why we took his profile off.Right now no plans on getting another.Never know though if one would catch our eye.Hehehe.Take care now.See ya.shannon, Temple, PA.
