Thanks for stopping by. No, I don't know any other horse owners on here. How is everything there? I'm so sorry that I've been a bit scarce on the FC. My time was all consumed with campaigning for horse of the month on the horse channel with Pippin, but now that it's over hopefully I'll have some more time for my other channels.
Is it cold there? I know that most of the country is getting hit by tons of snow. We are so lucky here. We've been enjoying spring like weather almost the whole of January. Even the trees are beginning to swell! I hope for their sakes that the weather doesn't turn icy again but I'm probably hoping in vain.
This weather has also awoken the fish again and messed with their systems. One poor white goldfish has been floating upside down at the top of the water. It's all swollen like a beach ball. Any advice? I'm thinking of putting it out of its misery. It just floats there and feebly waves its useless fins. But if there's something I could do to improve its situation I'm willing to give it a try.

Dilema
Ok, So I finally cracked. I've still got my 55 gallon bow front corneraquarium up with the Oscar, Jack Dempsy, and the 3 Convicts. I just set up a 40 long. What should I stock it with? Should I go assorted goldfish, should I go Live bearers, guppies, swordtails, Mollies, and platy's? or should I go all different kinds of tetra's? Another idea I've been kicking around is that since I have South American fish in the 55, and they're kinda mean, what if I got a small Bluegill, and a small Crappie? Lemme know what ya think. Always so nice to hear from you. Hope everything is ok. I think Blaine is fine. My son and girlfriend have hit some money troubles. They live with her folks. They came to me to borrow $5,000. When I said no and told them they needed to grow up, they got mad at me. If they needed the money for the baby or to put food on the table I would have gave it to them. Maybe if they wouldn't have spent $2,000 on a snowmobile when they had a baby coming, they'd have a little more money. Anyway life is tuff and they drive a newer car than I do. So they do need to grow up. Enough on them. Happy first day of summer!! My blushing angels laid hundreds of eggs today. I am glad I got to see it before they ate them all. I know they wouldn't make it in a community tank anyway. My platy fry are doing great. I have 29 of them. They are a month old now. I have their mom in the cage again as she will drop anytime now. Yes, I think I'm going to get a brand new computer this summer so I don't have to go to the library anymore. The librarians there are mean-they don't let you turn the volume up or go on msn and you are only allowed on for half an hour. Oh well, soon I won't have to go there any more! Also, what kind of fish are in your pond? You said there isn't any cool fish in there...Just wondering! Heres a vote for you my friend.Mom doesn't really know how Sonya got BOTW.She was just playing her game when she got it.Mom uses a program called print master that lets her do all kinds of stuff to pics.She loves to take pics.She does it all the time.Dad used to get mad at her when we only had a camera that used film.Mom would take roll after roll.Now that she has a digital camera he's doesn't mind anymore.I found two more fry today.They were black so they blended in with the stones.Now I'm up to 9 of them.Maybe I'll have to bug dad for a bigger tank hehehe.Take care my friend.See ya.shannon, Temple, PA.

Yes, that is my new grandson Blaine. Love him up. Thought I would show him off for a few days. I was very pleased about my main picture. Now that I have my digital camera, I seem to snap my tank a lot. I like trying for good pictures. Maybe I will catch that great picture someday. It is almost a hobby. Actually I got my pumpkinseed from a pond in our backyard. We live in the country so we have a lot of them.
