Great looking setup. Really reminds me of a local stream with the cinder block LOL. Have you seen a difference with the block since with the materials used they could be great for harboring bacterial colonies.Come visit me, mindnova02 & mindnova.

Hi from Deepblue I've been fighting still with ick in my main tank so I haven't been on for a bit. In spite of the ick the corys spawned again this past week. This time I put some of them in a tank with some guppy fry and some by themselves. Even though the guppies were really small themselves they ate them up... But the last two pictures I uploaded from the other tank. They are from Thursday and Friday. One I put a dime in front of them to show their size, the other the grid showing under the tank is an inch. Teeny cute little guys. Love them! Have to see if I can actually feed them now! Take care, leaving you a vote!Come visit me, Fred's tank & Deepblue.

Hi from Deepblue Sounds like you've been really busy changing things up! I had to move our tank in Jan. so when we refilled it I started with plant substrate too. I've always had plants but I want to have a lot more than I've ever had. I have some Buenos Aires Tetras in another tank and they're pretty tough on my more tender plants so they're off limits in this tank. Quite a few years ago I had Kuhli Loaches didn't think that I had them anymore... be careful vacuuming your gravel... I smooched what turned out to be the oldest (last) one in January... Haven't been able to find but the black ones since.... but someday, and I'll more careful! Leaving you with a vote.Come visit me, Fred's tank & Deepblue.
