Hi Thanks for visiting my tank, I got those blue zoos in our LFS, I guess I got lucky 'cause I haven't seen anymore since I last bought them... I get my regular size seahorse from seahorse.com (Ocean Rider company in Hawaii) they have an 'alive during arrival' garantee and the ponies are very healthy with good appetite!! Sorry about your camera, a digital can take very good pics though. Have a nice day!!Come visit me, Betta, Pirates of freshwater, TinyReef & Seahorse Utopia.

hello hello..thanks for the reply.sound like it will be a great set up when finished.Perhaps I will try a couple more brittle starfish and see how they do.I know they are great for cleaning up.Do you ever feed them?Every once in awhile I will feed mine a piece of shrimp. You are lucky to have 3 stores near you.I have only one. There is another one but it is one of those large commercial ones,no names, and I would not buy from them.Have a great weekend..TonyCome visit me, lobo.

hello hello..thanks for the great reply, best one I have had yet.I have had my share of adventures also, like 3 days before going on vacation to find I had a seam leaking and have to buy a new tank.Break down and transfer all. What a mess.Sounds like some of the live rock you are getting has a few to many hitch hikers.Or not cleaned to well before selling.I have had no aptasia come in.I have heard it is a pain. The micro brittlestar fish I found when vacum cleaning the bottom when doing a water change and I bet you have alot more then you think,I do,but they are great for cleaning up the substrate.I also started with a 75 gal.tank and then the next year went to the 125 gal.great size.I am it is much easier these days then your earlier days as so much progress has been made in the industry.I have very little purchase live rock, just a few, what I do is get Tuffa rock and leave it in for a few months and before you know it,it is as good as live rock, but your own grown.I also believe that less is more, with live rock.To much and you get to many dead spots, then you need more circulation and then the corals don't open as much under more currant...As far as the clams go,they are great,,need lots of light and use ammonia and nitrate to grow so they help clean as well.Must have metal halide,I know a good website to purchase some if you would like to know..The clams have awesome color,I have 3.Would love to talk more and share storie and info..thanks again..TonyCome visit me, lobo.
