Hi from Deepblue I've been fighting still with ick in my main tank so I haven't been on for a bit. In spite of the ick the corys spawned again this past week. This time I put some of them in a tank with some guppy fry and some by themselves. Even though the guppies were really small themselves they ate them up... But the last two pictures I uploaded from the other tank. They are from Thursday and Friday. One I put a dime in front of them to show their size, the other the grid showing under the tank is an inch. Teeny cute little guys. Love them! Have to see if I can actually feed them now! Take care, leaving you a vote!Come visit me, Fred's tank & Deepblue.

Hi Thanks for visiting. My angels aren't show quality or any such thing. They are just the plainer stripe that I don't see in the store very often, but the color that I really like. We were at our local store and they had 2 in their most recent shipment in with many other color variations, so we didn't resist this time. They're about silver dollar size so far. They are very active and always wherever any activity is happening. If you can get a picture of yours up, tell me to come check it out and I'll give you another vote! Take care.Come visit me, Fred's tank & Deepblue.

re:CO2 I use a pressurized CO2 system. 5lb. Co2 cylinder, flow regulator, needle valve, electronic solenoid, bubble counter and Automated pH/Co2 Controller (MILWAUKEE SMS122). You can get kits at many websites. I also dose with Seachem plant fertilizers. The most important thing is to keep everything in balance. If you're going to add C02 then you are looking at a high growth setup. You then need to make sure there is good lighting and other nutrients to keep things in balance.Come visit me, Amazon Setup & Office Community.

Answer>>> The wattage is on the package of when you buy the bulb. Answer>>>>> I use Red Sea Turbo CO2 Bio System which requires a new refill every 30 days. I also use a Red Sea CO2 Monitor... Look these up and try them out.Come visit me, Dutch Aquarium.

CO2 question response I actually have not been happy with my CO2. I was using a Nutrafin system at first, and then changed the bottle to a soda bottle, which produced a little more, but not much. I was just using Fliechmann's (sp?) baker's yeast and I don't think it was enough for my tank's CO2 needs. I pulled the whole set up off and I am going to try to get a pressurized system.Come visit me, HaileysPlanted & HaileysCichlids.
