I remembered you were homeschooled, and I agree, it's much better. My kids all hated doing the same thing over and over for years, not learning anything new and so I did some home schooling myself. Classes are over crowded and teachers don't teach, I'd have them come home with up to 4 hours of homework each! When I was working and a single mom, that was impossible for me to handle! How's your weather? Ours is still clear and mild and sure wish it would just rain already! All of my little fish are crying sad freshwater, saltwater and brackish tears. We are sorry you lost duster. I lost one of my prized Milne Bay pygmy seahorses (which I have 21 of now). His name was Winnie-the-Pooh, because Milne Bay was named after A. A. Milne, who wrote the children's book series. Duster was adorable, and he will live on in our hearts. Especially Snaky's. I told Snaky Duster had died, and he went berserk!

I did not realize Duster was no longer with you. I am sorry. I had one like him many years ago. I think they have cute personalities. I love to watch them because they are so busy. Maybe one day you will have another one. Maybe me too.

Sad news
I'm so sorry everyone but tonight I found little Duster dead. His heart burst or something, he was bleeding internally. I'm so sad. Sniff, sniff, sniff. He was so sweet! It must really stay cold there! We are expecting freezing rain come morning. Friday we had sleet. We want snow! just a little.
We do have two horses. My son wants to ride in the snow, if we can ride in the snow this winter, it will be his first snow ride!

You have beautiful and really cute guppies and betas. I have 3 betas & 2 guppies right now.(The female guppy will have babies soon!)I also have triop eggs that I didn't put in water yet so they can't hatch yet.(They are not dead.)

Happy New Year!
you know, that's a great pic of your catfish in your main pic. Hello! How was your holiday? Mine was/is great, I got a new kitten today! Yup, that was my xmas gift, got to adopt a kitty so for New Year we are enjoying kitten antics while also laughing at my old cat and my dog trying to get used to having a cute new baby to compete with hehe. He's about 6mos old, and adopted him from our local humane society. Well, guess that's it, just realized it's getting late and I'm getting tired. How are you doing? Did you have a nice Christmas? I hope so! It's still cold here and we have quite a bit of snow and ice. It's pretty and I've made several snowmen but it can be a pain when we need to drive through it!
I hooked my mini horse, Pippin, up to a sleigh. It was so much fun! I've never sleighed before and he was a real trooper. It was hard work for him because he's so tiny but he never gives up. I bet you would have liked it.

Hello!
enjoying some nice rain today, got some yesterday too. the high winds aren't fun, and we're in a flood watch until Sunday, but that's pretty typical for this old desert when we get a lot of rain after such a long dry spell. I'm about to do my favorite chore, yes, dishes again cuz was too lazy to do them last night. Now I wish I would have! Been busy in my art room, and well, that's a lot more fun than chores. Congrats on the new baby! Just to let you know, cories do much much better in at least 3's...I've had about 8 varieties of cories in my life, they are a fave for sure. I'll be happy to do the FC friend thingy, need to go through and eliminate some that are no longer on the channel anyway so will make room for YOU! Thanks for the compliments on the photos of the horses. So glad you like them! They are doing great together and really like each other's company. I like the matching red halters too!
Eddie is the big black one and Pippin is the miniature. I've had Pippin for 7 years and he's my baby. We like driving the two horses together. It's a lot of fun!

He is really cute!!! I love him. I don't think you are silly for burying your fish. I would to, I met someone who said they put their live betta in a garbage disposal!!!!!!
