How are you doing? Looks like your frag tank will be nice. So, you want a pond too? They're great! Still warm here, I can't believe it. November is drawing closer and we still haven't had a frost. I took a couple of the dogs for a run this evening like I usually do and we had a very close encounter.
Melian (saluki) and Kermit (yorkie) went ahead of me and suddenly they pounced. With their curious noses buried in something white and fluffy with some suspicious black stripes immediately my danger senses sent out loud warnings. Skunk! I yelled at them in my most powerful panicky voice and fortunately they both froze and backed away. Phew! The skunk slid into a culvert and didn't spray. Close call!
Fish are doing great. Gradually turning into their winter vegetative state but still occasionally begging for food.
