thanks for the giggles. i had to laugh so hard at the Loki antics. i figured he was somewhere he wasnt supposed to be when i was reading that. too funny for sure. we have ordered from OS's before and i have to say i really like the steaks i get from Sam's better for the money. but it was a really good deal and then with them replacing the whole order i was really impressed. i always let them know when they do a great job too(any store, etc). since i was in cs for so long i know it means something to hear about the good job. i have actually been writing a bunch of the at a boys lately. amazed that i have been getting lucky with good service. knocking wood and my head now of course. ok thanks for fooling me with the double hello. glad your dad is getting the extra "expensive" help. they deserve it i guess(take that however you feel is best, hehe). just let them do their stuff and their help do the job they are being paid for and you rest up!!hope you have a restful night and a good tomorrow. take it easy. love and magical yorkie kisses, Kay and Rufus Come visit me, Selik's Weg/Blessed Way & Rescuer's Way.

glad your bestie took you out for some retail therapy. always a good thing. i never remember to save the receipts when i buy things, so i never get money back or products when my stuff doesnt come back. found a great place that has seeds for all kinds of plants. some times like 5000-10000 seeds for under $9. may have to check it out and buy some stuff. ordered the lilac hens and another one called red beauty that has great colors. going to try to get this raised wrought iron pot for them i think. after this batch i will get some red ones. i wish i could put them in the ground, but we have too many weeds for that. maybe one of these days. nothing much going on here. did cool down a bit thankfully. tried to get on here last night, but i never could get it to go through. ordered a bunch of stuff from omaha steaks the other day. it was delivered last night. didnt include some free stuff we were supposed to get. and it sat on the fedex truck from 6am till after 8pm in our horrid heat so some of the stuff was starting to thaw. contacted them last night and they are replacing everything and getting it here by Sat. so we will be grilling out for Father's day. hope you are resting your arm. take it easy. love and magical yorkie kisses, Kay and Rufus Come visit me, Selik's Weg/Blessed Way & Rescuer's Way.

did you get anything good from dad today while shopping? i am hoping to go to home depot tomorrow. i ordered some super interesting hen and chicks that will be coming in the mail and want to get some pots to put them in. found this amazing place that has an awesome assortment. me and my up north friends have gotten turned on to them. for them it is new, for me it is just going back to the old days, hehe. the ones i ordered are in the shades of purple. will have to get some photos when i get them in pots. cant wait. i bet Mo is really going to love that sod. where will you get it? it is hard when the babies get older. i know when we had to put Deedy(my big 32 pound diabetic kitty) down we put his brother down at the same time. he was also a big boy but he was fat and he had been going everywhere in the house for a few years. he never would have made it without his brother so it was best for both of them. glad Mo is doing better. i started Rufus on dermaquin plus and i am really happy with it. it is good for skin, heart, joints, kidney, liver, brain, you name it. my friend put her gsd on it too for his skin and it seems to be helping. sorry you are so busy. sure hope you get the whole father/smom thing situated so you can still have your family life. has to be aggravating. i got our guara at home depot. they had gotten a ton of them in. i bet you can find a nice one there. big pot for $9. it actually has 3 plants in it. may separate them for more coverage. glad the gang is doing better. how did Mo's day at the vet go? any changes in her meds? Rufus did fine at the vet the other day. i may have to give him more diazapam before we go. gave him a fourth and he got the wobbly walk but then after we left he was pretty much back to normal. it did take him longer to get nervous though. hope you are gaming again. i know it has been hard for you. i keep forgetting to put my reviews on good reads. my bad. it was close to 100 again today, yuck. going to be that way for a while. our lows at night are in the 70s. hate it. went out today looked like rain. a big black cloud over us. came in took a drink got my cigs and went back out. the cloud was gone. so no rain. hope we get it tomorrow. well take care my dear and hope things calm down. love and magical yorkie kisses, Kay and Rufus Come visit me, Selik's Weg/Blessed Way & Rescuer's Way.

sorry havent been around the last few days. been watching the voice and it just throws off my computer time. i hear ya about the good old hard core days. loved them, but not going there again. my body would fall apart right then and there. i enjoy the cars myself. loved seeing them in concert. even when they were openers and i had no clue who they were, hehe. went to home depot today and picked up a gaura. really enjoy those little butterfly flowers. used to have them when i lived in Indy, but hadnt seen them here before. or maybe just didnt notice. probably since i dont notice a lot. so hot i am seriously hating it. and just getting hotter. i need some cold temps. hope your arm is getting ready for the games. i know you are so jonesing. take it easy my friend. love and magical yorkie kisses, Kay and Rufus Come visit me, Selik's Weg/Blessed Way & Rescuer's Way.

you know it is going to happen. i can just see it, you get some great grass growing in a nice patch, it gets hot, you are inside and Mo goes to town to make a nice mud pit, hehe. sorry you are still in such pain. and that your poor son is too. not fun. we did fine at the vet today thank goodness. he took his quarter pill about an hour before we left. he was walking sideways after a bit and thought oh good he will be out of it. but then once we headed out he almost acted normal. luckily though he didnt get nervous until about 5 minutes before we got there instead of the 15 minutes he usually does. he did fine after too. i didnt think he would want to go anywhere afterwards, but when he got in the car he grabbed his service vest out of the bag and threw it at my mom. nothing much planned here for the weekend. hope to grill out one night, do my tanks tomorrow and that is about it. hope you get plenty of rest and bf time. take it easy. love and magical yorkie kisses, Kay and Rufus Come visit me, Selik's Weg/Blessed Way & Rescuer's Way.

glad you and Mo are getting better. did you have fun with the hoards of hungries today? we had the whole family here at one point or another. nothing major though. mom made schnitzel and i made mac n cheese. pretty yummy. pulled a few weeds today(about 6, hehe) and that is all i will probably get done this summer. it is going to be in the 80s by mid week. yuck. tonight is going to be a record low and chance of frost. not going to worry about the plants though. i think they should be fine. nothing going on here tomorrow. big shopping on Wed and maybe Thurs. to the vet next week for my boy's monthly visit. i do have meds for him to take before we go to the vet now though. didnt worry about how anxious he got before, but with his heart issue dont want to take any chances. hope you get the talons snipped when you take Loki. that should help some. hope you get to rest tomorrow. take care and thanks for the photos. love and magical yorkie kisses, Kay and Rufus Come visit me, Selik's Weg/Blessed Way & Rescuer's Way.

i bet the pets are enjoying you resting. did you get Mo out for that walk? we went to the library park for the first time since we have been back. i didnt let Rufus walk the whole park like normal. but he was really happy to be there. we have so many weeds i like to consider them part of the garden plans. hey all the plants we put in them started out as wild plants at one time. wild plants equals weeds right! i am going for the natural look. Rufus is doing much better. he ate some fish today and it kind of upset his tummy. so had to have a full dose of tummy meds. he is so good at taking his medicine. since he is not food motivated i cant stick them in anything. he doesnt eat stuff like that and when he does he has to have them in tiny pieces. but after the last time he had to take liquid pepto and have his beard turned pink, he decided he would swallow pills. thank goodness. well hope you guys have a great night. take it easy. love and magical yorkie kisses, Kay and Rufus Come visit me, Selik's Weg/Blessed Way & Rescuer's Way.

pulled some more weeds today. love that soft soil after the rain. now of course my back is killing me again. i swear i am falling apart every day. That actually sounds nice to me. The high desert I mean. We are a few feet above sea level in a tropical environment. My allergies have gone extreme haywire. This is the first I felt like being on the computer. They said Desert is where I should consider. I was born and raised in fla. There is no way I could leave it. i thought i got an email from you with some Mo news. it was hard for me to read my emails up there and reply to them. just not the way my outlook is here at home. so glad Mo is doing so much better and lost some weight too. also good that you can get her meds cheaper. Rufus is much better each day thank goodness. he takes 3 pills in the morning and gets his ear meds. then at night he takes either 4 or 5 pills. thank goodness he is so easy to give pills to now. he will not take them in anything like most dogs. he isnt that into food. wish i could say the same for me. sorry you are still in pain and still have so much on your plate. i sure hope you get some rest soon. did get the tanks done today and mom's haircut and color and a few other things too. too much for me in one day. yep that would be less than an hour of your regular day. i hope you start feeling better soon. take it easy my friend. love and magical yorkie kisses always, Kay and Rufus Come visit me, Selik's Weg/Blessed Way & Rescuer's Way.

Sorry, I have been pretty busy lately! Two birthdays,(one of them was mine :))) and my fish are well. Bubble had popeye, it's getting better. But, he's a little slow. Last April 27 was Zoomer's b-day! He is 2 years old. Bit slower, but healthy. Right now, my oldest little brother is giving me a *haircut*. Not with real scissors, but I'm suppossed to be still. LOL!

have to c/p ya tonight to get caught up
we are finally back. we actually got home on Tues night, but have been pretty busy since then. had to take Rufus to our vet on Thurs because of some things that happened up in NY. here is that tale - Well we are back and getting caught up. But the last few days of our trip were pretty rough. took Rufus to the vet for a recheck today. while we were up there we had to go to Paulette’s vet. Rufus was coughing. They treated him for an infection, but found a heart murmur and said when we get home we would need to get it checked. Then on Saturday he could walk on his back right leg. So we took him to the er on Sunday. We were there for about 6 hours or more. They did x-rays. They were going to xray his leg and chest but ended up just doing his chest. They said his knee cap was out of socket from the luxating patella he has in both back legs. It wouldn’t go back in so there wasn’t much they could do. they had to stop doing the xrays because he was turning blue, omg! But they found out he has heart failure. They call it that even though they can have it for a long time and still be ok with meds. He is on 3 new meds. Then when we went to the vet today they found out he has ear infections in both ears. My poor boy. Yeah, Mom is growing stuff in the house for now. It's cloudy out, it'd better NOT snow! Rain would be nice, it'll melt those fast-disappearing snowpiles! LOL!
A remarkable thing happened yesterday. Well two. Zoomer's tail has grown back a lot and his tail now has color! And I was feeding Bubble, but he only ate one piece. I was like, Don't you want more? He shook his head! Then Mom exclaimed, I already fed him!!! Me-"Mom, Bubble just told me he didn't want anymore!"
