Hi!
Sakura looks beautiful! I have a red betta...his name is Winey (long i). How long have you had Sakura? I've started to feel a bit guilty about the vase I keep Winey in and think it's time to upgrade. Here's a v4u.

Come visit me, KuhliLover, Shark Tank & Betta.

One more time!!!
This was my first post on my blog page:

A little bit about me:
Hello everyone! I'm Ken & I'm a new member of the FC. However, I'm not a new aquarist, I've been maintaining an aquarium for the past 40 years. I've always had freshwater tropicals, and started with a small 10 gallon "community" tank. As my knowledge and interest grew so did the size of the tank I kept. I currently have only one setup, a 40 gallon (long). I have had this one going for the past 12 years and, just recently, lost one of my favorite fish; a Blue Acara that was as old as this setup. It was a very disappointing lost for me. This fish would always greet me at the front of the tank, would take food from my hand and allow me to pet "him" on occasion. I've lost more fish than I can count, but this one hit me hard! (The AVATAR is a tribute to my Blue Acara!)I have set this tank up to assimilate a South American River, I use artificial plants that would be found in such an environment and keep fish of the same region. The tank is located in my bedroom and I enjoy lying in bed and watching the fish interact with each other. The look of the tank is forever changing, usually every couple of months or so but, especially whenever I introduce new fish. I have chosen to "keep them small", Thus the name Pisciculi, (Latin for little fish). I really enjoy my Dwarf Cichlids & the dither fish (Tetras) that are in my tank!

Come visit me, Pisciculi.

More info for you!
I saved your photo and tried to crop it and zoom up on it to be able to see your fish, and I'm sorry to say that it becomes too grainy and not very clear at all; so I suggest if you decide to add more photos, take a nice clear close-up (of the fish) before you upload it to the site. :-)

Come visit me, Pisciculi.

Hey there!
That's an interesting little tank you have there. Did you leave any room for the fish to swim around in after you put in that big blue plant? (LOL)

On a more serious note:
Here's a friendly hint/suggestion for you. If you go to "my account" you will see: edit view delete Select "edit" and it will bring up the page with your tank info etc. Under the picture of the tank you have, you'll see some text (something like) "click here to add more pictures". If you select that text t will open another page where you can add up to 20 pictures. The nice thing about this feature is: the viewer is able to see an enlarged picture by selecting the pictures you've uploaded. This would be helpful in your case, because it is difficult o actually see the fish in the picture you've uploaded. I'd love to be able to see a enlarged photo of your fish.

Come visit me, Pisciculi.
