Hello! I'm so sorry to hear about the clown. Have heard they are delicate until they're bigger. I'm gonna hit the LFS Sat, and either get the pleco I've been wanting or order it at least. Well, depending on price that is. Did all my filters yesterday, taking them all apart and really cleaning them. I hate the slime build up and now they are running like new again. Have to do some major water changes today, but that's gonna be about it for me with my broken hand and 2 twisted ankles. Had no idea this week was going to be such an accident prone one, so hoping today I won't injure anything else, I'm about beat up from head to toe this month already! hehe.Come visit me, SpazSewer, SpazBees, Gobi-Wan Kenobi & K-Spaz.

Thank you! I was pretty surprised to see the sewer in the spotlight, nice way to start the week for sure! Yea, finding healthy fish is a regular issue, not sure why pet stores can justify such harsh treatment and all the loss, not of money but of the fish. So far all my fishy worlds are doing really well. I'll be getting some more ghost shrimp today. I celebrate my b-day the entire month of March, mine is on the 30th, so my sister has been calling me daily and singing me a song, it's pretty funny, she makes up a new one each time hehe. I'm hoping perhaps this weekend to score the albino bushy nose pleco I've been wanting so much for the sewer, or at least order it. I may have mentioned that before. Guess I'm getting OLD hehe. Have you lived on the island(s) your whole life?Come visit me, SpazSewer, SpazBees, Gobi-Wan Kenobi & K-Spaz.

Merry Merry! I think they would work together, and good luck trying not to add more fish hehe. It's so difficult, as there are so many awesome fins out there! Green spotted puffers get too big for anything I have going, but perhaps someday when the dragon gets the 55 and the Fig8 is gone, I'll look into one. I think they could get along, but will have to research that when the time comes. Fig8's are just such a fave of mine. Hope you are having a very nice weekend!Come visit me, SpazSewer, SpazBees, Gobi-Wan Kenobi & K-Spaz.

Hello! Horseface loaches don't need to be target fed, they are bottom feeders, so just make sure food gets to the bottom for them. None of mine are picky, they eat about anything that comes their way and are good at hanging out during feeding frenzy or after lights out. I still recommend you get at least 2, they do like company of their own and are so thin built, they don't take up much space, plus they don't swim really, just sort of burrow and scoot about the bottom, though they can make mad dashes when the mood strikes them. Such fun, trying to decide on new fish! I would still like a flounder but until I get the dragonspaz tank upgraded to the 55, don't have any more room in that tank for any bottom fin, the dragon likes his digging room and he's really growing so it won't be more than a few years before I have to get him more room. He's finally settling back down so hopefully I can start working on hand feeding again. When do you get to go fish shopping?Come visit me, SpazSewer, SpazBees, Gobi-Wan Kenobi & K-Spaz.

My flounder is a very interesting fish. But he doesn't come out much. He likes to stay under the sand a lot. Sometimes very hard to find him. I purchased him from a pet store. He was already in a freshwater tank. I have a 65 gallon reef tank and I want to aclimate him to the saltwater tank eventually. That will take a while though. I don't have the tank setup yet. Just mostly trying to learn before I fully set it up. V4u Come visit me, 65 Gallon, tropicluver & tropical river.

response for you As to your question about overcrowding a tank with fish...It is not the best thing to do. I have more than enough filtration to take care of the water quality in my tank, that, along with frequent water changes allows me to "push the limit" with the number of fish in my tank. It is a fine line and I've noticed that if I try to add more fish than the tank can handle, some of the tank mates will end up eliminated until the balance is met, once again!Come visit me, Pisciculi.

Hello! DragonSpaz is very brackish. Dwarf puffers are cute, but very very aggressive, they will kill everything in a tank with them, so make sure they have a home of their own. They are happy alone in a 5 gallon for sure. Flounders prefer brackish. Bumblebee gobies live longer and are a lot more active and colorful in brackish, and the Fig8 is a sweetie, other than making sure he has snails to eat to keep that beak down, they love their salt and eat all foods I give my fish (almost all frozen fish foods i.e. brine shrimp. blood worms, krill etc etc). The dragon likes algae wafers and shrimp pellets too, he's all around eating machine. Ok, think I covered all your blogs, hope you are having a super day!Come visit me, SpazSewer, SpazBees, Gobi-Wan Kenobi & K-Spaz.

Hi It can be costly, once you get the tank setup and going you add coral a little bit at a time. It's taking about 3 years to get it there. I have around 3 to 4 grand invested into my tank but that is with tank and lights and everything. It's not hard to maintain once it is going, I check the water once a week and do a water change once a month. Are you thinking of doing a salt water tank?Come visit me, Fishlover.

Khuli's I really don't do much extra as far as care goes for the khuli's. I feed them bottom dweller pellets, and provide cover for them to hide under.Come visit me, The Community, 10 Gallon Experiment & Swordtails.

Hi Hey, I really don't know that much about tail types, but I found a web site that should help you out. Go to: http://www.aquaticcommunity. com/bettafish/tailfinforms.php and you should be able to find exactly what you are seeking. I think it almost looks like a delta tail, but you can probably see it much better than I can. So here's another vote, and let me know what you find.Come visit me, PectorAL.

I don't know... ...the tail type. I guess it looks like a betta tail, but with a white fringe on it? I still think that's a nice betta. There are so many different colored ones, but so few that I like. Hey, while I'm here, have another vote.Come visit me, PectorAL.

Welcome! The picture's a little fuzzy, but I like that betta. It looks like a light blue body with red fins. I haven't seen one like that before, and find it quite attractive. Welcome to the fish channel, and here's a vote for your nice fish.Come visit me, PectorAL.
