Hola back Thanks a lot for your visit and your vote. The Red Wags were raised on Hikari's "First Bites" and it worked great. How much to feed them is tricky. If you overfeed you'll have to vaccum the substrate without sucking out the fry. A bit of a challenge and a huge hassle. You might also try "green water. There are a number of good articles right here on FC. Search "feeding fry." As you may have guessed, I’m trying for SOTW with this profile. It would be great if you would continue to vote over the next few days; and I would really appreciate it. Left another vote for you. Thanks again and be well.Come visit me, RickFern & RickFern 2.

Nice Pictures - Here is a Vote :) Hi, Thank you for visiting my Paradise tank with Paradise fish and a pair of Apple Snails :) I used to have Pearl Gourami in my 50 Gal Chocolate Delight but they did not fit that community. They are now doing very well in a Friends 55 gal. I agree that they are hardy - at least in my experience.Come visit me, Chocolate Delight, Dwarf Rasbora Delight & Angelfish Surprise.

Returning the favor. Thought I'd check out yours since you visited mine. NICE picture! I haven't managed a nice close-up of anything yet. I'm glad to hear that your gouramis have gotten along with your betta. I've got a betta in a 10g with a trio of cherry barbs. I was considering moving them to my big tank if my dwarf puffers ever got out of hand, and putting the puffers in the 10 as an emergency measure. Wouldn't want my betta to get killed though. You got my vote!Come visit me, jmalawi2026 & jsherm2026.

Lucky Bamboo Hi, Nice Aquarium so here is a vote! I have a question on your pics of lucky bamboo. I have read that the leaves themselves should not be under water. Are yours doing OK like that and growing? I would love to put some in my 5 gal betta tank.Come visit me, Chocolate Delight, Dwarf Rasbora Delight & Angelfish Surprise.

Thanks all. As far as the driftwood, I have not had any problems with it. I believe it is a special kind that leeches and turns the water yellowish for a short period of time. I know I have read about it in the forums, but I personally do not know much about it. As for the betta, no problems with him and any of the other fish. The biggest issue is his fins occasionally get nipped at, but for the most part its peaceful.Come visit me, Asian Marsh & Betta Baby Quarantine.
