Other Accessories: Some of you might be concerned that my tetras are not in schools. The unfortunate reality is that our water is pretty hard and the high alkalinity caused many of them to get sick and die. All my attempts to adjust the PH through acid buffers and chemicals have played havoc on my entire tank and at this point I refuse to screw with my PH anymore until I get an RO. So the two tetras I have are surviors. But I don't know what to do with them. Pet stores won't take them back, and I don't want to buy more and subject them to the same issues.
