Have I really been gone that long? I'm still alive! Don't worry!
Well, Cheerful still looks OK, the fry still the same size, or maybe that's just because I see them everyday I don't see change. Aw, geez, I still can't believe I've been gone so long. I think... hope that the TB spell is out. I'm just waiting, and then I really want to get some Mickey Mouse Platys! They are so cute, I want to get some so much!
I guess I'm just centering the tank on Whirlaway now. :D
Knick Knack is still being very nice with her, but she's not pregnant yet. Thus, the want for some platys. :)

5/22/09-Whirl has been looking bulky past week i noticed b4 TTTT died, hope fully he got her and she's got his babies in her or maube im overfeeding so i wont eed the tank for 2 days and see how they look. This is going to be a real shortie. CYA!
5-23/09 news:Well, well well, things seem to be rectifying themselves in my tank. Whirl hasn't been fed for longer and longer and she's getting bigger and bigger so 26 days to see if she becomes a red box drifting around my tank! It would be TTTT, i Think, because she was looking bigger before he died. It's a soap opera in there! Who needs TV?!?!?
Not sure what else to say. Somethingroyal likes to rest underneath the driftwood. Oh, yeah I saw something really cute last night!

And finally, the current stuff. The thing i saw a couple nights ago was Whirl and Knakky sleeping next to each other by the plant, which shocked me, and Whirl has a 5-month-long tradition of sleeping, without fail, in a certain spot on the other side of the tank.Come visit me, Sneeze's Tank, Narnia (seriously, the fish are starting to talk), Rainbow and Moondust & The Fry tank.

5/20/09 news-Oh, and so yesterday I went to PETCO and got a okay orangish-yellowish male swordtail. He isn't by any means a lovely bright male with immaculate fins, in fact, his sword if rather funny-looking. But he was the only male in the tank that day, and the other tanks had no males. Figures, it was Tuesday, and PETCO gets deliveries on Thursday. So I got him and we named him Knick Knack. Mom suggested the name. It was kind of funny, I got home and she came downstairs and she's like "What did you name the new fish?" and I said "I haven't named him yet" and she thoght i said his name was Knick Knack. And she said "Knick Knack?" and I was like "huh? I said we didn't name him yet". And she was kinda like hey that's not a bad name why don't you name him knock knack? And I figured it was cute enough, and it's close to Tick Tock except not too close, which drives me crazy when a friend dies and some one suggests i name it "____Junior". The ___ is whatever died. So yeah. It's Knick Knack, a lot easier to say than type hah lol.
5-21-09 news: Well, I guess I always though Knick Knack was a poor-quality, mostly because his sword was sort of bent and odd-looking. Now I see it as a a charming little nick. Last night I was watching them with the lights of, and the room light on, when I saw a flash of blue and wondered when I got neon tetras. I looked and there was Knackky, his caudal peduncle in a lovely blue iridescent sparkle. He actually is gorgeous when the lights are out, and his caudal peduncle just shone so beautifully. He still has the funny looking sword, and instead of thinking him as a not so nice orange-red sword, I think of him as some sort of red-pineapple sword strain, maybe? He definitely is prettier than I thought. 5-17-09 news
A lot has happened since you saw my last blog.
I lost another danio to The Plague, and i also noticed Whirl (the single female platy) doing this sort of false pregnancy routine, acting lik eshe was giving birth, but nothing was coming, and a cory cat came around that spot later, so maybe she dropped some unfertilized eggs.
So i was at Petco getting water testing, and I was looking at a great swordtail tank. No dead fish or sick ones with clamping in the corners, which is surprising. (I usually see a couple clamping because of aggression) And there are big green tiger barbs and red swordtails. And there is this great brilliant red-orange swordtail, while the rest are in pretty shades of yellow and orange, but he was really bright. And he wasn't real pushy, like some males can be. And when he got bullied by the big yellow male swordtail, he went away and didn't clamp his fins or get upset.
He was great. And so I got kind of interested in him and asked the tank to be fed. And the females, of course, got to the food first, and he didn't kill everyone for food, but got to the middle of the pack and ate well. And so I..bought him. (What else could I do upon a brilliant male swordtail when they are SO RARE AT THIS PETCO). But that's old news.
My cory cat Spice died last Sunday. Spice passed away was hiding all morning and then finally died by the bubbler, so I think in a bit i should get Sugar some cory friends, but I cant seem to find the corydoras julii's anywhere not even the petco i usually get them there's the tank witht the tag ['corydoras julii" but the ifsh in the tank don't have the dark spot on their dorsal fin more speckled a little mad at PETCO.
my Dad went to Petsmart when I was sick, and he said he saw some corydoras julii tags on a tank, but they didn't look quite like Sugar and Spice. I was thinking, maybe those are the real julii's, and my Sugar and Spice were in the wrong tank? I'm not an expert of cory cats, I mean, maybe I've been thinking they were julii's but they

gorgeous fish
well, thought I'd say howdy on a different tank this time. Things are hectic here, not sure if I told you that my son sprained his foot/ankle and is on crutches, not fun for an active 16yr old boy! He is so cranky, JEESH! Weather is really nice, and I have been busy busy busy. Wow. Matter of fact, taking today easy as I hurt my back a little helping my daughter clean an rearrange her house yesterday. If I didn't have to keep stepping about the puppy who loves shoelaces, it most likely wouldn't have happened but he's so cute baby and his help was almost amusing! The good news is that I didn't have to euthanize. The bad news is, that's because when I went down at noon, he was dead.
This video was taken four hours before I saw him dead. I do not know exactly when he passed away.

I guessed from the "I should be doing school". I should be ding math right now, actually lol. But I have something more important.
Here's my copy-paste Danio Daily:
Okay, so I've got 6 adult danios right? And five are great, and one was hanging off int he corner. So i thought, there was a spawning and he's in bliss finishing off the eggs. Then I got curious, and caught him in a cup and put him in a breeder trap, after eralizng he wasn't accepting flake or shrimp.
His stomach was so pinched he looked like a flattened rainbow. Then last night, his spine got grossly bent somehow, and his head and tail are resting on the bottom of the breeder, and his rider side is arching in the water. It breaks my heart, but my Dad is right, I should consider euthanasia. I got these danios in January. I noticed him hanging off to the side a couple of weeks ago. I feel so bad, I should've right away noticed him. But the angels were keeping my mind occupied, and I didn't realize Hard Tack needed help.

Hi, thanks. Voted. Passion actually got his caudal fin ripped Saturday night, and is currently in a jar, and tomorrow will be moved to a Hospital/QT tank. He looks alright, no parasites or bacterial problems, but i'll keep him isolated for a week or two to make sure. Sugar and Spice are ALWAYS together like that, and rest practically on top of each other, usually Spice on Sugar. Hi again. Only have one baby betta left the others perished. But on the other hand have as of now 16 baby creamcicle mollies.
