at best guess !!!
iam goona say a bushynose its about an inch and a half long dont see any sign of it begin a bristlenose they said it might be a female iam thinking of getting driftwood wood gave it a place to hide and now i never see the guy did get wafers because i was concerned about him never stopping he was on the go right from the start not sure if hes hiding because he can or from being full from the wafer which i was thinking of cutting in half it seemed like a lot for a five gallon iam bummed that i dont see him any more he use to be out all day any ideas on if this will be the way it is now he does a good job just wished i would see him every now and then have a albino cory and he stays busy to hes about 3/4 to an inch at most i vacum the gravel every sunday when i do a 1 gallon water change do you think thats to much or should i go every other week on the vacuming i test the water evry week and so far the p.h. is running around 7.6 conceitedly the nitrate tends to vary but within in reason also the nitrite some times high then low not sure what that means but always within allowed range is this enough info for you hope to hear back soon culCome visit me, barnacle bob & captain ahab.

i have plans to get a 29 gallon biocube do you know anything about them it will be awhile and chances are the pleco will be large by that time and ready to go into the bigger tank should work out well if my plan works out for the better wish me luck iam keeping my fingers crossed culCome visit me, barnacle bob & captain ahab.

Thanks for the vote. Here is a vote for you. Same person I just have one tank going now instead of two. Too much work for me with two, balancing work etc etc. All my tetras, catfish etc have been transfered to the newer larger tank. They seem happier with the large space and the catfish love the sand.Come visit me, canuck2.

It took me about years of trying. I managed to get 2 successfull spawns. The babies are now almost full grown. I raised them with thier parents.

hey there
anyway the shrimp are ghost shrimp and they are pretty cool, I have kept them before and had great results. This particular shrimp was hatched and raised in this tank. What happened was we got three for the tank, 2 females one juvenile male. then one female vanished, then there was a tiny baby shrimp, now its growing nicely, it could be either of the female shrimps. right now I only see that one and the male. I assume we had another vanishing act... tetra like to eat shrimp when it comes down to it, but they cant really overpower and eat them when they are alive. but its quite cool that the little one hatched in our tank and is doing so well. And oh yeah the Kuhli are super playful, almost as playful as my ottos if not just as, they just swim all over all the time, then lay still then again, very fun!Come visit me, Kuhli Loach/ Tetra Tank & Tropical Community Tank.

here a vote for you, I'd have to say the tetra are about an inch, I think they must be full grown by now. The kuhli are probably full grown or close to it as well. The tetra are very nice to watch and the kuhli add a diffrent dynamic to the tank, they are docile to the point where they just mind their own business and do necesisary maintenance to help us out. We also have shrimp, one of which was hatched and grew up in our tank.Come visit me, Kuhli Loach/ Tetra Tank & Tropical Community Tank.

Plants
Thanks! The plants do grow out of control sometimes and i have to go through and thin them out. i somethimes give the extras to friends or trade at our local fish store. Heres a vote. thanks for stopping by and checking out my tank, I'm glad you like it, its our third tank and we like it too. We do have a root hide on the right side of the tank the loaches really love to live in, we have another one too but it isn't in the tank yet :) The loaches and neons are really proving to be enjoyable and they are really getting big and healthy!Come visit me, Kuhli Loach/ Tetra Tank & Tropical Community Tank.

Thank You:) It's been a long time since i have bought the decorations but i think i got them at petsmart, although the last time i seen them at the store the ones they had were much smaller than mine. As for the schooling fish they just ended up being single they use to have friends and they will again!! Hi its nate the cichlad dude
I have my crayfish in a different tank [a 20 gallon to the exact] with little fish like zebra danios and once my cray got out of the tank and survived for approx 8 hours, maybe more because I was not home for quite awhile. The end of his antenne was dried out about 2 cm from the tip. We found him down a flight of stairs from his tank and he was covered with dust bunnies on his belly and in a fowl mood, but still ok.Come visit me, nate.
