Thanks I Love Your Setup Too
It's just 2 standard 20W bulbs. I have removed the real plants now as they weren't thriving. I am in the process of upgrading the tank to give my fishes the space they need to grow and be happy. I think I will keep that theme and add some drift of bogwood.Come visit me, Teddybear & Teddybear2.

Nice looking tank!
Thanks for the comments re my Cichlids! I am getting ready to change the filter to a Fluval 405 so I know they will be happier - I sure will be - much easier to keep the water fresh! What makes your tank semi-aggressive? I really like the look of your tank, with the open area under it. Here is a vote.
