cycling fish day 5 I added 3 yellow tail damsels to help the cycle. Unfortunately it was the day of the snow storm and I lost power for 2 days... They survived!! Now the tank has started to do its thing. I have brown diatom algea starting and the ammonia level is starting to increase. I have also noticed a slight rise in Nitrites. I hope this is not a death sentence for these damsels... they are very active and a joy to watch!
