Ich... Well I started out all wrong...used what I had, which was copper safe & had no idea it would kill my kuhlis! What DID work was Quick Cure (bought mine at Wal-Mart). First you need to remove the carbon from your filter. Add one drop of Quick Cure per gallon DAILY unless you have tetras (with tetras you only add 1 drop per 2 gallons daily). For Marine fish add 1 drop per gallon daily in a bare aquarium. Do this for three days. I also upped the heat slowly & left it up for several weeks (long after the ich was gone) just to be safe. I also added a second bubble stone during treatment. Replace carbon within 24 hours of last treatment. Hope that helps. Keep me updated!
