Hello!
Our old dog is now 16 and is still getting around. My son nicknamed him 'the old liability' hehe. He lives for the kids, and has been a good family dog and we will miss him. We're pretty sure he won't make it through the winter, he's just getting too old. My cat is 17 (or 18, can't remember, I'm old too hehe) and she's getting skinny but hasn't really slowed down much. And she's still in charge of the dogs. Funny to see her 8lbs of fury leading the 139lb Rottie about hehe.
Fish are all doing nicely. I'll be remodeling the 55 today. Was supposed to do it yesterday but nothing went quite as planned, as is typical for days around here. The guys SWEAR they'll be getting my kiln set up today. I will be hurting them if they don't, I swear! hehe. The main problem is having so much stuff in the garage that isn't ours, and finding a stable place that won't be subject to bumps and it has to be perfectly level. Since we actually use one side to park a car in, and the other has the 3 motorcycles along with all the 'stuff', it's not as easy as we'd like it to be! Lucky 2 bikes will go sometime in the next few months, as well as many of the boxes as kids get settled and come claim their belongings. Guess I should start prepping for more fish tank fun, did a major cleaning on the sewer, the back wall was covered in algae that was starting to peel off like old wallpaper, forgot how bright it in there now that the 'sewer sludge' is gone! hehe. Sure hope you are still enjoying your peaceful weekend, I know I am! |
