waiting is the hardest
well, have to wait another week on the elusive fig 8 puffer, but guess that will give the tank one more week to cycle. Such a fun hobby, I enjoy the building and rebuilding as new fins require. Got another 20 gal in my garage I scored at a thrift store and am going Roman in it (have most decor already, good grief how I acquire fin stuff)and will be(attempting)to breed German Blue Rams, if I ever find the room here in our little apt or will have to wait till we move to a home of our own in the next year(+ or -)and then the real fun begins, got a 40 gal garaged as well and have all Egyptian theme for it. That one will be brackish as well, and will be trying some live plants, been doing my research....whew, it's hard work this hobby of mine! I have never had cichlids other than some Angels as a kid (been a fin keeper almost all my life) so I am really looking forward to this new venture when I get to it. Enough about me, how how long have you had the very beautiful convicts? Yours are so healthy! I so enjoy a little whimsy in the tanks, got to have something that makes it personal, your little monkey ornament is too funny! |
