Happy Spring!
It rained most of the night, and now is a nicer day out, some bright blue sky, fluffy white clouds, cool breeze and my much required moisture! Spaz, that's been me since I was a kid, never sleep, always moving, and even my pets are hyper. My bf is a very mellow guy, he's a good balance for me, my rock in the whitewater river of my life. My neck, C1 and C2 vertabrae are twisted, likely from years of working low paying office jobs and not having a headset, phone on shoulder while working is a very bad thing it turns out. And the base of my neck has a torn muscle bulge thingy. Some days hurt more than others and I do have to remind myself I'm no longer young and can lift heavy things. My sons and bf are all good about doing things for me when I remember to ask. Having been independent and enjoy doing things myself, this is harder than I thought. So, how is PaPa and his fish? Your mom? Any Easter plans? We might have a rather large family gathering and my sister is going to cook, so even if it's small I'm off the cook list for a change. And we'll most likely watch Hatari! as that is mine and my sis' favorite movie together. We can quote the whole thing from start to finish and drive everyone nuts hehe. Well, I need to get my chores caught up so I can enjoy my new glass tools. Oh, I am learning oxy/acetylene and a size 0 tip, and can make a puddle and a weld joint like I was born for it. Very thin and deceivingly strong. Never touched a torch or knew anything about welding, just always wanted to do it and I am loving it! |
