Blood Worms... I feed the frozen ones to my fish a couple of times a week. They love them. Let them thaw in a little tank water before feeding.The little squares are the right size for my big tanks. For your Betta's it would be to much. I guess you have to cut a small serving off for them. Talk about your Fin spoiling! Texas Awaits! I'll keep praying for you! Take care and have a great day!
