checking in or up or something hehe. Glad to hear things are going to work out. We went through 2 agents, our 3rd was truly a charm and we are now friends as well. Hope you are healing, physically and mentally and look forward to hearing about your eventual new home! HOA can be very tough, they are useful to a degree but boy can they be militant and tough to live with. My bf had to deal with one and we agreed we'd never do it again! I enjoy chatting with my sweet elderly neighbors with their seafoam green house and their awesome landscaping, none of which would ever be approved by an HOA! Then again, not having to see dead cars all around helps too, my friends neighborhood has become a junk yard and there's really nothing that can be done about it. The yin and yan of life!
