plants
Hi JerzeeJim! No, all of the plants are plastic. I'd love to have a planted tank,but, I think it would be too had to clean/maintain. I have a 5 gal bucket full of plants, so when I want to change things around, I pull everything out of the tank and start over again. i try to change things around on a fairly regular basis. I think the fish would get bored with the same environment, I know I would! I change it around when I introduce a new tankmate, and if I haven't added anything new (not the case lately) I try to change it every 8-12 weeks. Unfortunately, I have had to remove a couple of fish because they've gotten too territorial or agressive; and I have had several others die from the attacks on them. Such is the way sometimes in this hobby!
