thanks so much for your compliments!!! Your tanks are really cool too. I love the pleco pic :) That fish looks really awesome! Anyway, your questions about the mudskippers...I actually got them at petco. My first was for sale in the store and I had them order a second after I got him. Even if your local petco doesn't have one in stock they would probably be able to order a few :) it would be awesome for more mudskipper keepers to be on this site!!! And the general rule is to provide about 10 gallons per mudskipper when setting up a tank. I used a 40 because I had planned on getting a total of 4 but I decided to just hold at two. I don't think they mind having the extra space though! I would recommend at least 2 though so you can see their unique behaviors at their best. They aren't as active and don't flag very often when kept alone. Hope all of this helps! and here's a vote for you!
