hey thanks for stopping by heres a vote, I have never had any problems with the army men, the chemistry in this tank is absolutley perfect and its almost a bio dome, i clean it maybe once a month and there is hardly ever anything in the gravel, they are just funny decorations, the fish don't mind them as they were in there first. I haven't had problems
