little platys
I picked up 5 dwarf sunset platys and acclimated them to the spazbees tank. Such a nice burst of color they are and so far they are more than happy in there. I figured since Mollies love the brackish, I'd test these cheapies out (5 for 5 bucks) and if they start looking stressed I'll just put them in the lostspaz tank. Oh, lostspaz is finally going to get the long overdue remodel today, my nephew is here this weekend and he loves doing that stuff with me. He and I have had many fun fishy moments in his life, and I'm still not ready for him to be almost 15. Then again, I still can hardly believe I'm old enough for 17 yr old boys. I don't let my daughter admit she's 22 cuz then that might mean I'm older than I feel HAHAHA. Anyway, we've been having fun going through the biggest box of fish stuff, I have way too many power filters and heaters for tanks I will no longer use so we are going to get all things needed for extra tanks, including gravel/decor (have way too much extra of those as well) and see about selling 'just add water and fish' set ups. Be nice if I could make back even a couple of bucks! Going to be cleaning up the 5gal hex for a Betta I think. Not sure, as it's always starts out just a Betta then add some bottom feeders then next thing you know...HAHAHA. Glad to see you've been so busy! Flagfish are super expensive around here on the rare occasion you can even get them, I have envy you can enjoy so many fishies right in your general area! Be safe and hope you have a nice Sunday!
