plants thanks for asking, my sword plants are doing GREAT! I keep a 60 watt light bulb on them for 12 hours a day, they are healthy, growing and spreading out a bit, my faves are the ones in the middle, my corys dont mess with them and love the hideing places that can hold them all and the gentle cover they give them, we have 3 tanks and i in my experience florescent lights mess with them, they like light that is warm and goes off at night... they dont do so well in my other tanks, they dont die but they dont flourish either... also i think it really depends on the fish
