i have tried to put together a veriety of tropical fish that are semi-aggresive and dont require a high experience level. my balas run the tank, and as of right now the biggest one shown in the picure is 7 inches long. my tetras are neat because they are always in a school. they make every move together. my reed fish( or rope fish) is 12 inches long and spends all of its time in the big hollow rock. the pictus cat all stay under the stump and rock. the peackock eel never comes out of the gravel except durring gravel cleaning. the tiger barbs generally huddle together. the most interesting looking fish in my tank, the african brown knife, glides thru the tank at 8 inches long and usually hogs the food durring feeding.
