Sorry I haven't gotten back to you sooner but sometimes you just get fish channeled out before you reach the end of your blogs. I'm sure you know the feeling. I just start at the top and work my way down until I can't take it anymore. Thanks for your concern about Jack. He's (we're) so darn lucky he wasn't killed. If he had been a few inches taller he would have been. Everyone who has seen the video playback from the security cameras can't believe he's alive after that. He's doing fine and the neurosurgeon gave him the rest of the summer off. Our boys and their bones.....He's not suppose to lift any more than fifteen pounds and I catch him lifting stuff all the time that I think is too heavy. He was also messing around with the pull cord on the outboard motor while I was across the street talking to the neighbors. Then later that night he wonders why his back was hurting more. Duhhh. I think he should have a baby sitter while I'm at work. Speaking of work it sounds like you've really become the indespensible MVP at your job. Pretty soon you be running the place as the big boss! I sure hope they've given you a raise. Please give Tom my condolences about his aunt. I'm very sorry to hear that. Were they close? How is it going having three in the household again? You've been very good to him. You're such a sweetheart in general anyway. We went to a radio controlled airshow today and the traffic was so backed up going over the bridge to Cape Cod it was ridiculous. It was back about 4 miles on the way there. If people were just going for the day or the weekend they probably spent most of their time in line just to get there! We finally got there and there were some really good pilots and neat planes. People spend thousands of dollars building them. Jack has been trying to learn to fly radio controlled but usually ends up putting his planes in trees, lol. I've probably told you that part before so sorry if I've been redundant. I did a partial water change today because I noticed some of my stony corals didn't look so happy. Further testing showed my salinity was too high so I had to do some diluting. I'll have to do more tommorrow because I don't want to shock the system by doing it too fast. I don't have a chiller, not by choice but due to lack of funds and room to put it. I run a fan across the top of the water and that helps keep the temp down. I replace the evaporated water with fresh but it still got too high. I haven' t put the A/C in the window yet because it's been a rather cool summer so far. I don't think I'll be able to ever keep fancy small polyped stony corals because of the bit of temp fluctuation that I can't avoid. Thats about it dear. I'm typed out! Hugs to you too.
