Kuhli's
well, sometimes they are on Kuhli Krack and will do amazing laps and antics for HOURS in the tank. Most of the time you really don't see them, they burrow in and hide a lot. They pile into a ball and play when the mood strikes them, but mostly that's at night too. We sometimes will get out a small flashlight and watch them when we are up in the wee hours of the day (have caught my bf at this when he has insomnia, it's pretty funny) and once they get used to things, they'll come out at feeding times. They are unfortunately not an all the time show, it's rather sporadic. I notice them out more when we have rainy/bad weather. Guess they have some kind of barometer thing and it jazzes them up. I like my horseface loaches as they'll burrow in and only their weird heads are sticking out, sometimes it looks like they've been planted that way haha. The house delay is frustrating but not unexpected at this point. We most likely will get more news next week that's more positive. The worst part is it's now in the high 90's and the grass/landscape hasn't had any water since the rains, our Realtor is looking to see if they will at least turn on water so we can hand water until this deal gets done! And we are hoping to get the weeds pulled before we need a herd of goats to do it for us. Not that I'd mind! Gotta run and get boys' chores lined up, take care lil miss and thanks for the goat update! Oh, and get some rest! |
