yesterday's news
Today Missy grabbed an inch-long chunk of lettuce and marched around with it halfway down her throat/out of her mouth around the tank for 5 minutes! I got scared she would....choke or something, but no. She was just being silly.
So, the big news. So you know when I got those four angels, two were marbled, one was blushing, one looked pretty much a veil-tailed ghost.? And you know the two marbled died. So I'm left with Tugger and Ghost. And you akso know I've been looking for a golden angel for like ALL MY LIFE!! (Ok, ok, maybe 2 years or something). And I know i shouldn't get more angels when I've got two and they could be aggresive. So today I'm looking at Ghost when I think. "OH MY GOSH! I'VE GOT A GOLD ANGEL!!". And now I remember an old podcast when they were talking about two gold angels: 'early" and "late". The early ones look pretty much gold when they're a month or whenever they're shipped out to the store, and the ate ones fully grown or nearly fully grown. And I'm standing there going berserk inside, wondering how i never noticed Ghost was actually a veil-tailed gold angelfish, who started out as looking like a ghost.
" but I know I sound crazy but I don't care if I do because I have a gold angel! Squee!
And yesterday I still couldn't find those true julli's, so i settled on two different cory cats, one with squiggles all over him, one with a black stripe going down his eye and dark spots forming bars on him. And they're bigger but like Sugar, and I'm so happy eight now gtg |
