Tridacna clam T-5’s would be better, they are more intense than CF bulbs. You do however have more than 4 watts per gallon with your current setup. That should be sufficient, but if your tridacna clam starts you lose color, move it closer to the lights. Also remember to change your bulbs every 8 to 10 months, this will ensure than the clam and corals will get the light intensity they need.
