Hey C
Funny how we both end up on prednisone at the same time. Guess we were truly meant to be pals. I'm still having hives and rashes but not as bad as that first day. I still have no idea about the cause of it all and probably will never know. Who know's, maybe Gary's right and it is the birds. You can develop allergies at any point in your life and I sure have been going through some wacky changes lately. I really don't want to have to see any more doctors. I'm sick of it so I hope this little upset just fades off never to arise again. The tank is still doing lousy and it's depressing me (or is that the steroids, lol). I just hope I don't end up losing everything. I can't seem to get the darn nitrates down. If I feed the fish any less they'll probably starve. Although I wouldn't mind if the big nasty damsel met his demise. I think his digging is causing some of the nitrate problem. Are you taking any Pepcid or other stomach medicine to counteract the prednisone effect? I hope you're on the road to recovery. Those boys better be spoiling you rotten! Later pal.
