NEWS FLASH so we have now crossed the 2nd house buying hurdle and it's looking like its gonna be a done deal. Since escrow was already opened on it (but fell through at the last minute) we swooped it up and may even close in 30 days, though will most likely take longer. But it would be great if it did as I got it for VD and then could maybe move in on my b-day, that would be mega-SWEET! So the mad packing I had already done is now about to become even more insane. Tired of it though, must admit. The excitement of it is wearing thin as it's a lot of work haha! Not much else to tell, just been busy with kids, pets, life etc. How goes your new place?
