overdue love for my buddy
well, how goes the new year? so far here it's been packing, house hunting, cleaning, packing and lots of other stuff. Having a bit over 1000 books and almost as many dvd's, WHEW! Tired just thinking about it much less actually doing it haha. At least the apt is starting to look like we are not here for long, and the garage is filling up nicely. I will have it set up so we can be out in a weekend cuz well, this isn't my first move. 13 in the past 8 years alone and can't even remember how many times I have done this. The longest I ever lived anywhere was 9 years in one home, and before that only 3 years in one, otherwise been at least yearly if not more my entire life! Oh, and coming up on my 44th bday this year, or should I say the 4th anniversary of my 39th hehe. We will be looking at several homes for a second time this Sat and 2 new ones and then will be making offers and getting this house game underway. It's raining nicely here, for 2 days now, more tomorrow and then snow Sun. I like the rain. Now that I am old and lazy, I enjoy watching rain rather than shoveling snow haha. How goes life there? |
