WOW
congrats on the tank, that is so AWESOME! YAY for YOU! We had a great time looking at houses today, all were really good, and the last one is basically our dream home but may be a little more pricey than we want to pay (you know you need money for food too haha) but wow, and there were 2 others that are possible. One would have been do-able but the master bath had a major leak and the subfloor is shot as well as it leaked to the downstairs and VA won't let us get a home that needs that kind of work done, which is nice, but it would have been great, is about 30K less than the dream home but could have become one. The dream one is move in ready and wow, awesome. The back deck looks like something out of a magazine dude, its truly amazing and the house itself, wow. Plenty of room for fish tanks too! We are hoping, as it's the first one we have seen yet that both of us just went, wow on about everything at the same time. All your good thoughts will hopefully help with acquiring cuz it will be worth it. We can see us never leaving that home, it's that awesome. Wow, to never have to move again would be amazing as I am an Army brat and have moved so much in my life it's not even countable. In the past 8 years I have moved 13 times alone! So yea, I am ready to settle and become a fixture! Our economy here is tough, another casino closed so another 270 folks are out of work. I feel so sorry for them all as some of these places have been around my whole life. While I haven't always lived in Reno, I have lived within hours of it for 35 years so am quite familiar. So thanks for the well wishes for a home and wow, I sure hope we can land this one, wow oh wow. I am so excited about it I am not even thinking bad things about the neighbors I hate with their stereo thumping away! After we move out of here and the next folks have to deal with it, then the office won't think I'm such a nag haha! Hug those babies, wow again on the tank and yup, be glad for a hunnydo list cuz it means you have LOVE in your world, as well as a new awesome home and fish tank!!! |
