hey! glad to hear moving happened! Yes, we are going to look for a second time at a possible home on Tues with my son. Bf qualified for an amazing VA loan so that's a big help - hardly any out of pocket on our side. The market here is crazy. The worst part is going into homes that people still live in, though how they can is beyond me. Wow, filthy animals some are. I have cleaned stables that were in better shape! Weather here is crazy, gonna be in the 50's this week after having a big storm and temps in the single digits last week and week before. Gotta love the high desert, you never know what's gonna happen. Congrats on your move and a very happy new year to you and yours.
