Planted Well, the switch was completed this past weekend without any issues. No changes or affects on the biological cycle with no spikes in ammonia and just a tiny spike in nitrites. Nitrates are now at 20 PPM instead of the prior 40 PPM and I'm guessing they'll drop a little more as soon as the plants get a little more established. I'll be adding the list of plants shortly to my description. I'm planning on introducing 3 more Platy's to the tank this weekend for some more color and probably 6 Neon Tetras a week or two after that if all remains stable.
