the waiting Sounds like all your upcoming holiday time will be spent either packing or unpacking. Thats going to be ours as well. We meet with a realtor and loan agent this coming thurs. The first realtors I found, they go too fast in the houses, I have no idea in 7 houses if any have a bathroom. I then remembered I have a connection with a different agency and wow, was she happy to hear from me! So this weekend the hunt will be more serious, and will be packing something daily in the meantime just to have a head start on it all. As I look around here and in the garage, I realize that finding the perfect home will be worth it cuz I really don't want to have to move again or at least not for another decade. I myself (with kids) have moved 13 times in 8 years and I am tired of it! Of course, so much stuff hasn't been unpacked in eons so it will be fun to get all of it out again. We are hoping to find something with enough land for horses as well, so yup, big fun around our world. Congrats again and glad to hear all the good news in your life!
