Hey pal We have to take Morgan, our macaw to the vet tommorrow morning. She has some kind of a respiratory problem and has been wheezing. If she gets excited she really has to struggle to catch her breath, poor thing. It's probably going to cost a fortune. I'm sure they'll do x-rays, blood tests, cultures as well as the physical exam. It'll probably cost more than a people doctor. I just hope she's okay. They don't make any kind of a bird carrier big enough for a macaw that I have seen anyway. We're going to take her in a cardboard box. The trip is alittle over an hour and she'll probably have the whole box shredded before we even get there. Wish us luck! See ya for now.
